Hole Sponsorships Available for Big Brothers Big Sisters Charity Disc Golf Tournament!

Brothers,

Every year we host a Disc Golf Tournament to help raise funds for their yearly Back-to-School Summer Picnic in August.

In order to raise funds for the picnic we have Hole Sponsorships available for those who wish to donate. Every sponsor will be given a sponsorship sign with their name, certificate of appreciation and recognition on our website.

Full Hole Sponsorships are available at $100

Hole Co—Sponsorships are available at $50

We ask that you please consider sponsoring a hole in support of this worthy cause. Also know that your donation is fully TAX DEDUCTIBLE (Federal ID Number 63-0833364) and you can be confident that your generosity will be put to excellent use. ALL proceeds will go towards the picnic and the general fund of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of North Alabama.

Theta Pi Active Brother Selected for True Pike Challenge!

Joey Curtis (UAHuntsville, Theta Pi '04) was one of eighteen Pikes selected to attend the True Pike Challenge.

"The True Pike Challenge is an outdoor leadership experience that takes undergraduates through a seven-day field course encounter that pushes participants to the limit and beyond."

Mr. Curtis who also serves in the United States Marine Corps is a two-term SMC and a two-time McKissack Scholarship winner. He has earned a Distinguished Leader Award at UAH and maintains a 2.9 GPA while majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

Through very generous donations from Mark Reavis (Theta Upsilon, Tenn Tech, '81) , John Scott (Theta Pi, UAHuntsville, '84), and the Association, Joey will be able to attend the Challenge in June.

We are very proud to have a Brother from our ranks to be chosen for such a distinguished event. Good luck Joey!
